You can reserve the field at front counter for that time whenever you need to as far as I know its available for those times and you may have to ask about the registration fee ik they have monthly passes for $17 hope this helps

The long one is 5 laps for a mile. The short loop is 10 laps for a mile

It depends if you want just to run it for a bit or do some calisthenics , or bring a ball and shoot some!, I think you just go in there! If they dont have events schedule and you tell the admin girls , I don't think that would be an issue , but you need a day pass or be a member of course! They are pretty cool on letting people use the turf.
