Wait time is long and they really dont care

I took my 10 yr old son there in May. The Doctor who saw us was rude and incompetent. Looked me in the eyes and tried to convince me my healthy 10 year old has poor circulation in his leg and that's why a scrap wasn't healing. Spoke to us for maybe 2-3 minutes and left the room for us to sit another 20 minutes waiting for someone to come and discharge us. Nobody ever came so we left. A day later my sons "circulation" got worse and began to spread. Took him to children's where he was put on 2 antibiotics. I will never use the emergency room in Green ever again. I feel sorry for those that do have to go there. It was a waste of time and money. As that 2 minute display of incompetence cost $600.

I was here on Friday night with my 2years kid at children emergency, she has high fever, cough and runny nose. They made us wait for 6 hrs which is ridiculous. Very slow service I could say that’s a negligence on kids health. They should understand the meaning why kids are brought at emergency. Please stop playing with children's health. You should add providers or let us know if they can’t handle patient on time. Very Frustrating
