I pretty much never write reviews but I’m staying here for the summer and I don’t recommend. The walls are thin as hell. The kitchen is outdated. The neighborhood is noisy (more than NY noisy, it’s NY construction from 1-6am noisy). The bathrooms smell like sewage. They don’t let you move in at the start date (even though you’re paying for that period) and claim that they have to “prepare the room” for you. They explicitly said it was being cleaned but the rooms are dirty. I deep cleaned it when I moved in and it was gross. There are also absolutely no refunds. Like I said, I don’t recommend.
