Paid over $700 for repairs. Waited about a week to retrieve my vehicle, when I finally arrived, there was a HUMONGOUS crack in my windshield. To make matters worse, after consulting with the manager and the rep, the assumption was made that maybe the crack was there before I brought it in, which I quickly countered. They reviewed the pictures from my original drop off and concluded that it was indeed the fault of the dealer, but they couldn't tell me HOW the crack got there in the first place. They then provided me with a loaner which I was only supposed to have for at least 2 weeks until the new windshield came in for my Alfa Romeo Giulia. Well, what was supposed to take 2 weeks took almost 2 months. NOW...Although they provided me with a 2022 Stelvio as a loaner, there was NO registration sticker which could have gotten me pulled over at any given time. The 2nd day I had the truck the sunroof stopped working!!!!!!!! I had to manually reset it after looking up the information online. The steering and brakes were TERRIBLE, which made me want my car back even the more. Once I got my car (on the same day), after being threatened with a storage fee because they wanted me now to return their loaner expeditiously when they've never moved in a respectful time frame for me. There's soooo much more that I could go into but I'll end by saying my experience with Englewood Cliffs Alfa Romeo has been one that I wouldn't wish on anyone. They are careless, snobbish, and will never receive anymore of my hard earned money. This dealership and incompetent maintenance department are joke!! But I've learned my lesson.
