Dr. Chong delivered our baby a couple of weeks ago. I could not have asked for a better doctor. Yes, some of the comments around the office being busy and feeling rushed is true, but that is mainly because he is too popular. Nevertheless, Dr. Chong and the staff have a ton of experience and they know what they are doing. What is most important is when the actual delivery happens, where you will experience his true expertise and care.

So much annoying desk staffs. They look so unprofessional and the way they work is so old. Long story short, They declined prenatal vitamin suggestions covered under my insurance which was sent by CVS and told me to find what is covered under my insurance with CVS and let them know. Do they know what they’re doing? :(

The administrators are terrible in scheduling, not to mention the long hours of waiting to see the doc. I don't understand what the reservation is for when I have to wait for an average of one hour or longer every visit. 😕

One of the worst experience ever. Il-mannered staffs and doctor. This clinic will not survive in modern world but in the small community. People go there just because they can speak Korean?!
