First time guest here, and I'm very happy with the experience, Mike provided a wonderful service, the food was ready pretty quick considering the amount of people there, it was really good, very fresh food and more than enough quantity, definitely going back soon, the picture is HakkaChow fried rice with shrimps.

Yes, as for right now, the only days we are closed are Thanksgiving, Independence Day, and Christmas.
They have a very nice selection of sushi not sure about urchin. But there menu is posted on Google
We went with a reservation of 40 people and they were able to accommodate us with a reservation in advance of course

Not a GF menu but some of the plates you can just get without rice. But no not really. My boyfriend works there.
No they do not have Dandan noodles. Personally, I don't believe it's worth going there
