I joined Allegacy FCU over a year ago and have never been happier with the banking relationship. Each banking rep I have interacted with has always been friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and made me feel extremely welcome to be there.

I am extremely disappointed in the bank. I was told great things to be let down terribly and now I am thinking it was best to not go with them. First they tell me I need to provide a receipt for a collection that I have never owned? Emailed back with clear instructions to please reach out to me once my request is done. Nothing. Call in this morning to get a lady who clearly doesn’t know much past her basic job functions to be told that the department that told me to reach out if I have any more question doesn’t accept calls! What in the world?! All while my money I was transferring over to my new account is still in there possession with no clear idea of when I will get my funds back. Ridiculous!! I was extremely excited to go with a bank that I was told really helps, but it seems that comment must have been a paid one! Smh
