Although they have good doctors, staff is not always helpful. I have a great experience with all pediatricians and general practitioners, however, if you need to see a OB/GYN forget it, they won’t make any effort to accommodate and you will wait almost one year to see a doctor. Absurd.

The care I have received is excellent, however, navigating their phone system is a nightmare and it's nearly impossible to get a live person on the phone. They have also called me many times to reschedule my appointment, stating that schedule has changed. I understand the need to reschedule once in a while, but it has gotten out of hand.

had a great experience with Dr Dunleavy today. The office staff were helpful, prompt and had me into the doctor quickly. Dr Dunleavy was *excellent*. Explored options with me and guided me into a treatment option. Would 100% recommend Dr Dunleavy and the staff!

Went for a physical. 9 am appt. Saw the doctor at 9. Finished the physical at 9:30. Was told to go to lab for blood work. 2 hours later I was seen. This is rude. Receptionist was cold and not very friendly. Doctors are great, but caremount admins should be fired. No way to treat patients. I have been going to Caremount for 34 years,.

Yes just may take a few days longer bc of weekend. Also ALWAYS look at YOUR paperwork. It's about you and your body. Ask for a copy or have 1 sent to PCP.
The best person to answer that question would be an urgent care nurse. When you call Select the option that takes you to urgent care department and get your question answered.
