We stayed here for 3 months and really loved it. The full timers are really nice and welcoming. They had a big Independence Day BBQ for everyone there. A lot of people there have dogs so they are very dog friendly. They have a nice pool (though it is really cold) and a little toy set that my 2 year old really likes. Even though Adelanto is known to be dangerous I have never felt nervous at the trailer park. It is close to Walmart and Stater Brothers. Also close to lots of restaurants. I really is a nice place and they spoil my boy!

They rent spaces monthly at an affordable price. They dont have RVs for rent there if thats what you meant but the park is very clean, staff is amazing and the owner is a nice man. Its safe for you and your son, i was there for a ling while with my girls and always felt safe.
Stayed only one night. Not sure of monthly rate. Nice park.
Last time I checked Monthly rate was somewhere around 400 a month but that was like 8 or 9 months ago.

Been here 3 yrs. The monthly price as og 5/2022 is 500 plus you pay electric. Free wifi and cable tv
