Being my first time shopping with ToolNut, I was a bit unsure how this experience would go. I was already behind on the job I needed this tool for due to a failed delivery by another company I had previously bought from so it was imperative ToolNut met the expected delivery date. I received the shipping info on a Friday with no updates after the weekend on IF the items had been shipped. I reached out by email to insure there wasn’t any hold ups or issues. Zack from ToolNut replied to my email within a business day and confirmed they had gone out and the tracking must just not have been updated (which is more common than I knew at the time). I received everything on the original estimated date and all items were as described. I’ll shop with them again. Thank you.

I just love this store. I shop about 90% of my tool purchases from them. Always have the best price it seems on all the great brands they sell. Customer service is always great too. I had order a hammer for a gift. i messed up and bought the wrong one. Sent a email and got a reply right away from Tom. He sent me up with all the instructions on how to return it plus followed up all of my other questions I had about how to get the credit back to me. Thanks again Tom
