You literally have to beg for help.. my therapist Daniel hasn't contacted me in 6 weeks until I said I wanted to change my therapist. The supervisor never called to see why I wanted to change or to initiate the change. Daniel then called me when I was busy and I called back to set up an appointment for 2 days straight.. no answer. Then a case manager I was working with was supposed to follow up and never did. Do people need to actually harm themselves before getting someone to care or atleast CALL BACK.
