Rent here for the quick and friendly maintenance!! I stayed here for two years while finishing my bachelor's degree at King's College. The apartments are in a great location, only five minutes from Walmart, the College, and numerous restaurants. Unlike other complexes in the area, Mayflower gives you the most bang for your buck. While some apartments take three days to respond to maintenance issues, Mayflower only takes about three hours! Additionally, Mayflower had dog-waste trashcans, and a dumpster at every single apartment building. They really keep the place clean all year round!
