Must not need anyone, I’m a well qualified renter, good credit score, no bad marks with previous apartments. I run one of the local Gerritys supermarkets, and I called to make an appointment to tour an apartment, never got a call back. I booked an appointment online to tour and never got anything back. I had my wife call and the same thing.

Please contact me ASAP. My mother is in this apartment complex and the property manager is not appropriately addressing issues. Visitors come and go. No masks. No hand sanitizer on site. Water problems. Maintenance not responsive. Please respond to this post with how I can reach you.

No not just for Seniors.. Apartment are Market rate not affordable housing. Current rents as of July 2022 start at $900 through $1500 depending on size.. Hope this is helpful. Sincerely, Heidi Keener Property Manager
No it is a Market Rate High Rise apartment community in downtown Wilkes-Barre. 18 years of age or older as long as you quailfy according to the criteria
