Pulled in the drive through with one car in the parking lot. Got to the speaker and was told they would be right with me and to hold. 5 mins go by and I said “hello”. The manager Brad gets on and screams that he told me to hold, that he had a lobby full of people and no one was available to take my order. I waited a few more mins looking for another Taco Bell and then a nice lady came on apologizing for the wait and took my order. When we got to the window, Brad was just standing at the empty counter while everyone else was running around. I asked to speak to the Manager Brad and he just yelled at me (couldn’t really understand him with his accent) and closed the window in my face not letting me respond. I ordered 23 tacos. 1/2 didn’t even have cheese and were all soggy. They were however filled with a lot of lettuce and little meat. Very unprofessional. I can’t believe he was a manager either. Brad needs anger management and customer service skills PRONTO!

Person name Bradley curse out my son just for saying hello hello twice at the speaker and he said rudely I can hear you my son called him a dueche bag and he call my son a b word and he is only 16 and was driving at the time I guess it's bad for wisconsin dells tourism and this place needs to shut down asap or change the whole management asap.calling the corporate office to get this guy fired!!!!!

Cashier somehow ordered me a taco locos supreme meal without tomatoes and sour cream. Not a supreme. Other than the poor english it was quality food and a clean place.
