Horrible slow service. No apology for the wait. Managers yelling at staff loudly enough so the customers can hear. No one in "control" of what is going on. Bacon on my sandwich was raw. Would never go back.

This is by far the slowest McDs I've ever been to in my life. Been waiting in drive-thru line for over 15 min. The landscaping hasn't been maintained professionally like it has in the years past with the old owner. See pics. All this new owner has done is raise prices and lowered the service and quality.

Went through drivethru at 9:15am, orded breakfast and a caramel frappe. Got our food and were told we had to wait for the frappe (the one cold item we ordered). We ended up waiting for 12 minutes and ended up driving through again to request it again. The worker was never informed that we were supposed to get one. They were very apologetic and we did get it, but 15 minutes for a frappe was beyond our comprehension.

I ordered door dash. They messed up the burger. No cheese.. it was that simple. Called up there and they couldn't help with delivery and stuff. They can just make another if I came up. Well I ordered delivery for a reason. So I had to order another burger and pay again, plus the fees and tips. Then realized I didn't get any condiments with all our nuggets. So there goes another order. It got here and only had 2 of each. 2 BBQ and 2 ranch. I ordered 10 of each. I paid over $6 FOR FOUR sauces. This place is a joke. They always mess up. I don't know why I still order from them 🙄 One time I ordered and they messed up. They made more food. Got that food wrong too! Luckily the drive through line wasn't long.
