Really nice state boat ramp and park, I like to walk my dog down there and pick up other people's trash that they can't seem to put in the garbage can. Come on people pickup after yourselves, is it that difficult?

I am not a Southold resident and would like to launch my boat from here. Can a non resident launch/park my vehicle and trailer or is there a fee and/or paperwork that needs to be filed?
