I have gotten a automated call saying i missed my interview that’s is a LIE once again my caseworker hasn’t reached out to me i have been denied food stamps 3 times for no reason i have proof of everything i don’t understand why it’s so hard to get in contact with someone

Been calling my worker for 3 weeks no return call and supervisor mail box always full i contacted office over 100 times in the last 3 weeks they scheduled a phone interview at 10am and I didn’t get a notice till the same day as of interview but received at 3pm via mail why would you even do that this is ridiculously I need a call back

How do you report this office they will lie to you want answer the phone the voicemail is full they give you and appointments and never call this is ridiculous somebody need to report them or I will how to report these people please.They deserve no stars

Good luck with that girl friend!! I don't understand why their service is so lowsy, they have so many excuses..the last one I got was, they were UNDER STAFFED!! REALLY????? even the supervisor don't answer!!

They all shopping. Taking they kids to the doctor. Their boss says they are doing great from home. Yeh good job denying everybody I applied for emergency help which is within 7 days. They making me wait 30 days. SMH then I'mma probably get a denial. They already no showed my Aug 1 whyinterview. I filed an appeal. We all should fill out appeals and demand service

Oh wow, I hate to hear that. I'm not sure if they are teleworking or not but I utilize their Gateway app when handling business for my relative. I would never drive over there and calling them is a waste of time. gateway.ga.gov
