Banks #1130, easily one of the most unprofessional cops I've ever witnessed. Absolutely a tyrant who fails his oath he SWORE to uphold. PATHETIC behavior. MAYBE he can be trained to be a meter-reader.

Officer Banks or Sgt Banks as he calls himself on the internet is a joke and needs to be retrained to do his job. Officers like him abuse his power and in the day and time we don’t need Officers like him trolling incident people.

Officer Banks badge number 1150 lied about being a sergeant and assaulted and battered a photographer after accusing her of holding a gun which was a camera. He needs to be taken off the force this is ridiculous that someone with such a large ego and such little training is a member of those supposed to PROTECT AND SERVE!!!!!!!

Can a person be held accountable for willful neglect if they refuse to allow a person that is on the lease and helps pay bills to not use the heaters in the home to warm a family . One being a minor child
