Your web site needs to be re done. No 1. Know one cares who works there. That is up to y'all to have good service. I looked and looked for what I need BUT never found any things for sale. People that log in are there to shop. Not to look at your staff.. We want to shop. In all my life y'all web site are the worst. I wanted to shop. Not look at the building the lumber is the only thing that I can say pointed out. My gosh I totally hoot irritated. I will never ever look at your web site EVER NEVER AGAIN

Been buildinga camp for over a year and always been a great experience with all the wood getting loaded for a long trip. NOT TODAY. 100 pcs of all sizes literally just thrown on trailer and guys gives a buy sign and walks off. Even the customer next to me said wow he just did that. Normally a great hometown feeling but No more hometown feeling now. Took the extra time and restacked myself and lesson learned for now. Service inside was great as always so I gave another star.

Yes went in picked up some white caulk. Went to service desk to ask for help with paint. He then pointed to a lady outside sweeping . He told me she would help me. So I put my handful of merchandise down and went outside to ask her for help. She followed me back in and proceds to tell me the same guy that pointed her out could help me are the other guy there standing could help me. So I go back to him are them at this point and they then tell me it would be a few minutes He had to complete a order. So I walked around looking and reading on paint till I found some I think would work. He finally came to offer to help.
