The business that this company does is disgusting. While on the clock delivering to an apartment complex, there was nowhere to park the large van I was driving so I pulled aside in an alleyway, leaving plenty of room to pass by. Ran the delivery to the complex office, 2 minutes later after I turned the van around and left I saw them sitting in the place I was parked before. Literally doesn't give anyone a chance. If a car was parked for hours, I'd get it. 2 minutes? Get real. So smarmy and gross.

Bullies! The tow truck driver laughed at my daughter when taking off the boot. She was parked in VISITOR parking at Campus Circle. She did nothing wrong. There weren't any signs stating, "no parking." They are preying on our college kids. Extremely unethical and disgraceful. You should be ashamed of yourselves! Oh, and that kid you laughed at is the daughter of a veteran of 30 years. You wouldn't even have a company if it weren't for our military.
