I want to give them more stars, however, they absolutely never answer the phone. I’ll be on hold for forever with no answer, even calling in the middle, beginning, or end of day, without fail, no one answers me. I have to go in person to make an appointment because they also never answer messages through the app. It’s incredibly frustrating.

Absolutely the most rude and unprofessional place I've ever dealt with.. It's especially frustrating having that experience after literally hours of sitting on hold. I will be going elsewhere. I'm completely lost for words on how a business of any kind can be like this

Beware the GARGOYLE gatekeeper "who goes there you don't. LOOK LIKE you belong here"..... Don't care about the clients ONLY that their checks going to keep clear!!!!!
