Called the office to inquire regarding my property tax bill as a new homeowner. I had questions regarding if my escrow payments have shown on their end. A very simple question. The lady that answered my call was very unprofessional and said my address incorrectly. She was trying to rush me to get off the phone instead of answering my questions. She didn’t want to do her job. It’s funny how at the beginning of the call it says reps are busy providing the same excellent service you are about to receive. There’s nothing excellent about not getting my questions answered.

Called to see if they can tell me what's taking so long for my address change for my tags. Lady said we can't change address, you have to come inside. Then said they have nothing to do with dds. I'm like lady you're not even listening. You're just answering questions never asked. Only for her to put me on hold because she can't hear and put someone else on the phone. For her to see the address was changed. Why did you all hire the incompetent person who only listened to talk not comprehend.

This is a reminder that Fulton tax commissioner, Arthur Ferdinand makes a yearly $491,000 (not including other undisclosed incomes) and the rising taxes in Fulton county are affecting the low income and elderly class. This office is full of corruption.

This office is incompetent, quite potentially corrupt. Maybe because Commissioner Arthur Ferdinand, who makes more than the US President, is busy outsourcing his staff to other counties to collect more money. Meanwhile, those of us in Fulton county have to deal with incompetent staff who are unresponsive, incapable of problem solving, and wholly useless. Someone please run against Ferdinand.

Yes you can use your credit card to pay for your tags
I need to drive my truck for 200 miles to restart the computer and pass emission can i get a 30 day temporary tag ?
Yes n u out n 5min
Passed by today and they said they will open on June 15th to the public.
You will need a power of attorney. Get the registration form, have your brother fill and sign it then get it notarized.
There is an information booth as soon as you walk into office, they will let you know what you need to bring.
Yes you can get a tag for Fulton County on the first floor at 141 Pryor street in tax commissioner office. Security will dire t you to office
No unfortunatley u will have to get your emissions first and then get the tag renewed
I printed out the form on line and when I got to their office I was told I had all the exemptions I was entitled to until I turn 70😁. It was a really painless process that I had been worrying about. After 70 we will get another exemption and will have to go back.
I stopped in at the office on a Wednesday and there was absolutely no wait time. I would imagine if you Google you might get a phone number or expected time line there. My daughter’s did not come for three weeks. Not mailed from there.
Go to Fulton county taxes.org. And follow steps 1 thru 3
Because of COVID the county had stop charging extra fees for using credit. I would advise to call first to verify
You have to look around on the street or park in a parking lot where you pay.
When u get to the office go to security & take a number
No but you will need to go to a different location to get it. The Pryor location is closed
Yes. If you are handicap, you just go to the front of the line and the officer's will direct you. Tell them you are handicap and be patient with them, they will let you in. They are required to.
All major cards
You'll need to get emissions done and pay a delinquent penalty. The delinquency likely won't let you complete the process online. You can call them. Midweek, the wait time isn't very long
