I have spent a good bit of money there over the years. Recently my buddy bought a range finder for a little over $400. When we got back we noticed it was used and missing some accessories in the box so he called to inform them there was a mistake and I was amazed at the response. He called within 20 minutes of purchasing. He nicely got told they didn’t believe him but finally agreed to make it right. Finally when it’s time to get the new one a week or two later he went to pick it up. Again he was all but told he was a liar. It was super offensive considering how much he has spent over time there and how often we come up there. This was not strike one so from now on we will make the drive to PGA store or somewhere else. I will never have to worry about checking the box to see if it’s actually new or feel like Im being called a liar.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. As a beginner in the game it can be intimidating finding the right clubs and going into the large pro shops, these guys take all of those nerves away. They help you look for deals and wont upsell you for their gain. Huge pre-owned selection that is reasonably priced . Again the staff is always going above and beyond to help customers.
