I made an appointment to renew the girl, she took all the documents and told me that she would send me the confirmation and she never sent it to me and surprise I did not renew my benefits, I called again, another girl answered me and I told her to be more responsible when it came to helping and She rudely replied that it was not her obligation to help and that she would look elsewhere. They did not help me and the girl who helped was rude.

Been going to their program. They help with homework and give snacks and have activities. In the summer bring kids to field trips.
