Since it is opened and its more than one day and don't have the receipt. I don't think you can be refunded. You can try it but it depends on whom you talk to on getting there. My experience: I bought Alcoholic drink open it and there was dirt at the bottom, checked others because the bottles we're dark and not transparent. I have to returned it to store with receipt and store manager was rude in response and dealing with the issue until I write the hime office. Although I was promised compensation for all the troubles but only received voucher of equal amount paid, not pack of drinks promised. But at least I got my money after few months.
