The stay was amazing. From the moment we walked in, Aliyah made us feel welcomed and was so incredibly sweet. Everything was spotless. The housekeeping staff was amazingly thorough with every inch of the hotel. They were kind and greeted us warmly. Management was so helpful with our Uhaul parking situation and went above and beyond to make sure our move to Chino went smoothly. I cannot say enough good things about this property. But again, in a post pandemic world I hope more hotels realize that their housekeeping staff will make or break the brand. Your housekeepers deserve a raise! I will look for this brand first and foremost from now on whenever traveling. Thank you!

Nice hotel and not their fault but there were soooo many kids screaming and running up and down the hallways/elevators. It was pretty loud until around midnight. Our shower also didn't work in Room 208. The lever would only pull up about 1/2 way so the shower trickled out. I would probably stay there again but maybe ask if there are any kids sports teams staying there before booking.

Ayres has some of the best customer service and attention to detail. Naomi was great at welcoming me at my first stay at Ayres Chino Hills. The breakfast buffet was fabulous and the entire Ayres chain is known for quality and excellent customer service. I did have 2 issues with a room that I stayed in. I brought it to the attention of Naomi who told me to contact the manager Steve. Steve contacted me by phone and said he would address the room issues and also credited me with a future nights stay. I was very pleased with the promptness of addressing the issue and for making me feel that I was heard and valued.

The hotel is beautiful especially at night. The staff that I came in contact with were friendly and helpful. The one bedroom with pull out sofa was super spacious and very clean. I used their gym and was excited that it was updated equipment. But make sure you bring your own towel. The breakfast was free and very good which saved us a lot of money. The free parking was a hit because now hotel charge which is ridiculous.. I also enjoyed the portraits that were on the first floor which gave a history of the family that started the Ayers Hotel. This is definitely a hidden gem in Chino Hills California..

Hi Patricia, Our pool is now open! We hope to welcome you soon.
#1 they have to take a support dog with papers, it's a law. Plus I've seen other dogs there. I got 10% off for being a senior, it's not a big brake but its better than nothing. It's a beautiful place and nice rooms and beds, they have a great breakfast, homemade eggs and omelets to order

I have been able to check in early also because my room was ready! I think check-in is at 2 p.m., but call first to be sure! Great Hotel!
Yes. You are within walking across the parking lot to Soup Plantation.. which I love..pizza sushi..a bbq place and few fast food joints. There is shopping with all that.
