I waiting for my order the last Tuesday but I didn’t receiving it the driver of usps sent an E-mail to Amazon said he leave it inside of mailbox

I will be completely honest. I’ve lived in several cities in both LA County and SB County, and 100% of my past experiences with USPS have been unbelievably negative. I’m not talking about just rude staff and bad customer service experiences, I’m talking about experiences like their vehicle hitting mine and never paying for the cost to repair damages. Experiences like them completely mishandling my mail and packages... so I’ve always kept my distance in having to do any businesses with USPS in person in California. Other states I’ve lived and worked in, this isn’t an issue for some reason. Since I started living in Chino Hills, I’ve noticed the gentleman who deliver our mail being a little different. He’s polite and he seems to care for the items he leaves at the door or making sure there’s never any mix up of mail in our mail boxes; I know because I’ve observed him work while I exercise in my garage. I’ve also had to stop by at the post office a few times, and the customer service was actually pretty good. The staff at the counter actually smiles and the one time the line was long, a gentleman from the back came out to help get things moving along. Today, my opinion on the Chino Hills USPS was set in stone. They are pretty great at what they do. It’s Christmas Eve and the rain have been nonstop. The packages that were originally scheduled to be delivered on Monday, showed it will arrive today (Friday, and on time for Christmas!). Because it’s been raining, I naturally waited for it to arrive so it wouldn’t get wet outside. Then me being me, I fell a sleep. When I finally checked the front door, all of my boxes were there and were all perfectly wrapped inside a trash bag, completely protected from the rain. The kind of “extra effort” I’ve never experienced with other USPS in California. Thank you and Merry Christmas!

If your mail destination is in Chino or will pass through USPS Chino, use another service like UPS. The Chino USPS carrier lost my package that was supposed to deliver to address in the same city Chino. Clerk can only tell carrier to call me back which the carrier never calls back. Supervisor is never in office nor answers the phone.

Terrible service. The postman who pretends to work around where I live never leave me the orange document to let me know they tried to give me my packages. I am always contacted by the sender to let me know my package is in the post office. I never had this issue when I live in another state. This time my experience was the worst. The person in charge for the pick up package was not kind at all. She looks very impatient even though I gave her all my information. She let me feel it was my mistake if I didn’t give the right track numbers given by the sender. She repeated twice I was wrong. I was very disappointed because I normally should not go to the post office if the postman was doing his job correctly. I don’t know why people are so lazy and unqualified for doing so simple jobs. (Not the first time it happened to me).
