It certainly feels like I am an inconvenience any time I am calling, have questions, or need information on one of my medications. I have several chronic diseases that I have to take expensive medications for. Coming to pickup my medication is not a pleasant experience and the staff here makes it even more unpleasant. I always call in with a happy demeanor and it is quickly squashed after talking to the customer service people here. Every time I speak with them they question me on whether I can afford this medication and ask if I even want them to fill it again. There have been many many times when they tell me a date and time that the medication will be ready and I come in for pickup and they say they don't even have it in stock yet. Then half the time they don't even know any information about my medication or can't tell me when it will be in stock. That's very disappointing for someone like me who relies on medication to function in every day life. Customer service and pharmacy personnel should realize that our favorite thing isn't coming in to pickup medication that is pricey and we don't want to be taking in the first place. Please don't make it an even worse experience than it already is by being rude. (Two stars just because there are two cashiers that work here who have been very kind. I wish I could request them every time I come.)

Great customer service from the pharmacy staff friendly and fast service. One of the best pharmacies in town. Highly recommended!

The pharmacist themselves are spectacular unfortunately it's the people around them who are incompetent and have no customer service skills ! Also agree they are too busy to give you that one on one attention you would get from let's say the old medicine shoppe . It sucks when you have to play by the rules big business who push out mom and pops who use to deliver great service !!!

If I could give less I would. They don't know how long it will actually take to fill a rx. Say 20 min it takes usually an hour or more. I have been there the last 3 weeks in a row. I will not be going back after today. First time was a 20 min window took a hour. The second time I went the lady didn't know how too fill the script. It took her 15 min at the drop off counter to figure it out. The entire ordeal took an hour and a half. This trip i had just had a surgery, and needed the meds asap. They told me an hour. Ok fine at least they are being honest an hr 1/2 later i go to pick them up ( so I'm not told to come back) they tell me "oh sorry Theresa was supposed to call you. We can't fill this. We can't get a hold of the doctor." I got the script back went across the street to a well known drug store which magically make one call get it filled in less then 15 min. I'll gladly spend $3 more for another store to follow through with what they say. Unless your down to your last dime I would suggest go to a drug store or different Walmart. Avoid this one like the plague.
