In 2022, it's rare to find anything to rave about in terms of customer service, product quality, etc. Pinky's is the exception to what has become the rule. They are responsive, helpful, and just plain nice. And my door is exquisite. We've had people stop us on the street to compliment us on our new door. It's one of my top most favorite home investments of all time. Just gorgeous. Highly recommend this company.

We are extremely happy with our door from Pinky’s. Their customer service is outstanding. We ordered a door handle for our door based on looks alone. Someone reached out to us after our order was placed recommending an alternative door handle based on the door we ordered. They explained the reasoning which we had not thought of before. We were so happy they called. Their recommendation was the same price as the one we originally selected and turned out great. Very rare for that level of care these days. Will be ordering from them again!

Beyond obsessed with our new door! These guys have truly set the highest standard for iron doors in the most tastefully and stylish way! Honestly I don’t think these doors will ever be out of style their so classy and elegant! We walked in with my husband and we met Arash who helped us through the whole Process! Before going in we had a door in mind but Arash was so kind he offered us other options which totally changed our mind about the door we initially wanted!
