I will never come back here. Got there at 7am when they open in hopes to be seen soon. Waited in the waiting area over an hour before even being taken back. Horrible experience , worst way to start my Monday.

Went to this location at 11:30 am today. Everyone looked around as if they were gonna be inconvenienced to help me. Finally after a long awkward pause I was assisted. I was then told that it's a possibility I could be seen today but I would need to stay on the grounds to wait and I would not find out if I would be able to be seen until 2:30 pm. This was unacceptable. I left. I live in the area. I will not return.

The Physician Assistants and Nurse practitioners are amazing and truly care about each, and everyone that walks in. They go above and beyond, and call to make sure all patients are taken care of. Danielle pfiefer, Stacey Schwein, Megan Walker, and many more. When you can't see your PCP it's the best care for your family. They are short staffed but still smile!!

Great option for care on weekends, after your Dr hours, etc. The staff at Olathe Urgent Care "gets it". They want to help you with your health care. There is a significant difference in the quality and professionalism of the staff at Olathe Urgent Care versus MinuteClinic, hands down, much better care!
