I just left the location in Buckhead and all I can say is WOW. I have a Bulova watch that I need to have adjusted and a pair of 3CT stud earrings I was in need of new posts and a cleaning. The woman sales associate who greeted me was RUDE and certainly had judgement written all over her face. Just because I am wearing a pair of shorts and a t-shirt does not mean I can not afford items to purchase. I came to a jeweler to help with jewelry that needed repair. Isn’t that what a jeweler does? I must have been mistaken. I certainly should not have left feeling this way and certainly not treated in the way that I was. I still was not helped and told no one could do what I was in need of them to do. I will NEVER shop here or recommend this store.
