I had my father visit this clinic to see a pulmonologist. My review is not about the clinical experience there, rather about the billing and finances. As a cash pay patient, I had found out about the costs of the visit no less than 3 times on phone, given the notorious reputation for price gouging that health care institutions in America have earned themselves the world over. At the visit, I had paid by credit card thinking that perhaps there were still hope in a handful of institutions. Surprise surprise, I get a letter in the mail a few weeks later, asking me to pay nearly twice the amount I had already paid at the clinic. This was a surprise charge for the same service which I was NOT informed about before (or even during the visit) despite verifying the costs multiple times before my visit. I would absolutely avoid a visit to this clinic for its dishonest billing practices.

If I could leave zero stars for this establishment I would. Let me start by saying this, if you are thinking of taking your family here, DO NOT! Between the complete and total lack of professionalism, lack of communication etc this place is not organized whatsoever. When trying to get in touch with someone after my 85 year old grandmother was incredibly sick after they had just seen her and “diagnosed her” , it was a complete and utter nightmare. Not once, but numerous times I called and left a voicemail for someone to get in touch with her or myself and apparently it wasn’t important to them and she ended up in the hospital for a weeks time. I even asked the physician if this was your mother would you feel like the way she has been treated is fair? And no answer…. So I repeat myself when I say go somewhere else because this place is not looking out for their patients.

staff very friendly . Dr Choudry is a good doctor i'm so grateful to have him as my pulmonologist. so far my treatment working and feeling much better ! thanks doc for everything you do < 3

I had a very 1st time bad experience. On 6/21/21 my 1:30 appointment turned into a nightmare. After waiting over maybe 2 hrs to be seen, walking 7 blks from parking, 5 floors of stairs, their customer service/office set me up w/the wrong doctor. In entering the office at 12:30, I ask the Office Manager if this was the correct office and the doctor I requested, Dr. Dominique Bayard, she said yes. When the nurse took me in for my vitals and told me a different doctor I was highly upset. When the Nurse went to get the office manager, she claims she didn't pay attention to what I was saying and that I made the mistake. In correcting the mistake, she offered me to reschedule after waiting for over 2 hours, or wait until said doctor was finished I had been their for over 2 hrs. already. After seeing the other doctor, I stopped to use the ladies room and then went to checkout, they did not allow me to make my co-payment. I was ushered out like a homeless person asking for change.
