This location when I arrived had very poor customer service. The lady who worked at the front desk displayed a certain level of prejudice as though I did not belong there.

The service by the technician for the facials do great job and are very professional. I called in to ask about my cancellation, turns out this was not my home location which I didn’t know because it was no longer on my account. The receptionist on 7/12/22 at 9 in the morning must have had a bad day or lost her mind. She had the Nerve to say I couldn’t/shouldn’t be upset. Then tried to give me some bill story about it canceled because my 12 months were up which is a lie, I definitely started to get charged a higher amount and got an attitude.

The customer service was horrible 😑!! They were out of everything. And they need to open the inside drive thur was a nightmare as usual. I rarely stop at this one on Lavista Rd .
