READ… Very Important… The Only reason that I am rating Kindred Hospice one star is because of the doctor - AMIT K. DUA, MD, 50695. This doctor should have his license revoked. He gives Kindred Hospice a bad name. Had some really Great nurses, some Exceptional CNA’s, and Helpful office staff. Doctor Amit Dua was extremely, extremely unprofessional and it is a shame he is even called a doctor. Falsified Documents. Never saw My Mother face to face in almost two years with Hospice. Even requested several times and never would make a visit. When I would speak to him about My Mother he even referred to the wrong patient. Dr. Amit Dua is abusing the system and truly should not be practicing, because he does not care about his patients. Does not give his hospice patients and family the care that is truly needed when dealing with a Loved One. They are just a number to him.

The worst experience ever!!! They were late showing up to provide end of life care for my mother. They were late with all medications. It was a horrific experience. They didn't order the right medications. They couldn't get the order right from doctor. In the mean time my mother laid in pain for hours. The medication was oral and she had difficulty in swallowing. So the medication was going into her lungs. I would not recommend this company for you loved one !!! When confronted with the issues. They just made excuses after excuses!!!

Recently, “my team” went above and beyond for my family and I. Our power was off for over 30 hours. These people showed love and compassion because we were cold and my Mom was running out of oxygen. Lindsay, Latoya, Dorothy, Erin, Lachaun, Shon jumped thru hoops to get accommodations for my Mom so that she would not have to spend another night in the cold. They treated us like family and I REALLY appreciated it. Thank you all so much!

I had a wonderful experience working with this very caring and supportive team of Hospice workers. Each and every team member that I dealt with was great. They made appointments and all were kept. The care was unbelievable. I would also like to thank our nurse, Jennifer. She was wonderful. Very caring, knowledgeable and compassionate. Losing a spouse is horrible and she was very helpful in helping me cope with my loss. I highly recommend this facility.
