Terrible I've been waiting more than 5 to enter the room 1 hour waiting for the doctor and he still hasn't come terrible, all the medical services I've been to here in Atlanta give a lot to be desired π‘π‘π‘

Used to to be good but now seems like the Night Shift doesnβt want to do anything. I had to wait 4 hours just to ge my sons vitals taken and then 2 more hours waiting in the waiting room after that. The whole process was 12 HOURS!!!!!!

Visit to the ER yesterday. Check in was slow due to volume, but triage was very efficient and my child was seen and assessed quickly. Wait time on images is about 1.5 hrs, but time estimates are clearly posted on exam room door. Staff was great, Dr was extremely helpful and answered all my questions.

The worst experience I have ever had in my life 7 hr wait for emergency room, that was hell, there were people leaving because of long in emergency room. I wish you guys have β-100β rating. There were more 100 people waiting on line, half standing on foot with children crying.

I agree it can be frustrating sometimes
Yes they are,,,My grandson had surgeries from 10,2010 to 9,2016 and i never received a bull from them they are a great place to take your child
Not, I know they allow food to be delivered, not sure about flowers
Yes, I did.
Yes. Cafeteria has good options considering it being a hospital. Patients and parents get food in their rooms.
Yes it sure does and they serve some great food and along with a great atmosphere
I think 9am to 8 or 9pm but if you are a parent you can stay overnight if your child is young
If you've lost an item you can check with the front desk or security near the flower elevators for help.
Yes
Please consult your social worker. If you are from.over 300miles, ypu could use Ronald McDonald house.
There's a Marriott & I believe a Crown Plaza, you can Google hotels nearby it's pretty centrally located so you can find one easily, they are pretty pricey though.
Honestly I haven't a clue, you can call or ask one of the nurses there.
You write the unit and room number as well as the patients name and then the address to Scottish Rite
I would suggest finding a company in the Atlanta area that can make deliveries to the hospital. But make sure you DO NOT send latex balloons, they are not allowed in the facility due to allergy reasons.
Yes I do believe so ..I can also verify when I get to work tomorrow.
They take any donations.
This hospital is world class and you should be greatful it's available for your daughter.
I was with my son right until they took him back for his procedure. Awesome place and people
Everyday
Gift shop
No they are not Freemsons
I had to make a appointment
Hospital lunchroom, Starbucks Coffee shop, snack machines. And gift shop. No Pepsi just coke products, walk A few feet down from the hospital and you're find A little store that sells really good food. Order in or takeout.
No. Those are Shriner hospitals.
Not sure. I'm wondering why my child was sent there too. We didn't have a choice. All we knew was we needed to save her life. And they did.
My son had Dr. Brahma for his surgery on his brain and I absolutely love Dr. Brahma he did an amazing job.
Not sure if the hospital does, but there is a building across from it. Has different pediatric specialty doctors ( like ENT doctors and more.) That just might. I would try to inquire about it. From your family doctor first. To see if they can can test you or refer you to one. You can also call the Hospital main number. To inquire more information.
DR DAVID WREUBEL is the BEST Neurosergeon in Atlanta Ga. My Daughter had GUIANE Be're Syndrome and was paralyzed from the waist down he was such a blessing to her in every way possible. He would let her talk to him about her fears ,frustrations and her acomplishments of walking again without being in a hurry to get out of the door to see another patient. She was 16 at the time and when she turned 18 she had to go to an adult hospital[Well star Kennestone Hospital] she was so upset that he was not going to be her neurosergeon anymore she cried and he did too on her last visit there because She had such a kind, compassionate person that truly cared about his patients.
Call and ask. I believe theres a place there.
27 for 400 South, and then IMMEDIATELY take exit 3. I had to turn around and get back on 400 North, then it was 4A. Glenridge Connector
I do believe they provide you with a direct phone number, but I am not sure.
Not sure but most likely. Medicaid is a national program and so are scottish rite hospitals
