From the receptionist, to the nurses, and anesthesiologist, everything was great! I ended up with five nurses that all took wonderful care of me! The teamwork was impeccable. Everyone was pleasant and caring. They made me feel relaxed and comfortable before surgery, I was so calm I actually fell asleep until surgery time. They were all professional and on time. They were very detailed when it came to my aftercare instructions. They took the time to explain everything to the person picking me up. All and all, it was an excellent experience! Not that I want future surgeries, but I would definitely recommend this surgical center!

My doctor and anesthesiologist were nice however not the nurse or the lady at the front desk checking people in. I feel like I was mistreated after I came off of anesthesia, as well as my two friends. I remember asking for more water twice and just being ignored. I remember my IV being taken out roughly and me having to ask her to slow down taking all the tape off multiple times. I remember her lifting up on the IV pretty far (further than I thought my skin could stretch) before actually pulling my IV out. I remember asking her if she could sit me up then after she was very rude to my friend her trying to lay me back down without even asking me what I wanted first even though I was the one that asked to be sitting up. I was trying to ask another nurse if she could take over and help me. I watched my friend be told that if they waited another 45 minutes there would be a charge. The problem was my friend had to sign saying that she was going to watch me for x amount of hours and she had work so she felt more comfortable for me to go home with another close friend. She told my friend that was already there that she had to leave until my other friend got there since she’s not the one I’m going home with. Very embarrassing. I think the nurse thought I wouldn’t remember how she was treating me but I definitely do.

OMG!!! My experience today was amazing 5 stars!!!! I can not remember all the names that I came in contact with; however, it was amazing service from checking my temperature to being rolled out in the wheelchair. The names I do remember Daisy (my pre-op nurse). I am a very hardstick she got it the first try, and Denise (my post-op nurse). Lastly, Dr. Lawrence wonderful doctor and surgeon. The staff today was attentive and caring just plain AWESOME!!!

My son was taken to emergency room with broke arm. The people in emergency were nasty and unfriendly. The man who was supposed to be helping him would not even get him any ice chips. They lady who was taken care of insurance was very nice. She got him ice chips. Northside gave him nothing for pain while there. Would not give him any thing for pain? They put in brace not cast. ( That part I understand) because of where be break was. But nothing for while there. Did give him RX for pain, four pills when he left. Now having surgery at Piedmont. I have always had great experience in the past with Northside, but haven't been to this particular Northside in long time. Guess they gave gone down hill.
