I went in today right after work because one of my headlights had gone out, and I needed to replace it. Let me first make it clear that I am in heels and a white sweater. I asked the guy helping me (he didn’t have a name tag, but was tall with dark long curly hair) if he could help me replace it and show me how to replace it so that I could do it myself the next time and he asked me “you’ve never done this before?”. I responded “no, not on this car”. We walked out to my car, and I pop the hood for him. I walk over and he points into the car and says “it’s right there all you have to do is unplug it and plug the new one in”. I leaned over to look and he said, “you see it right?”. He then stands up and asks me “you really have no one to help you do this?” I specifically went to O’Reilly‘s because every time I’ve ever been to an O’Reillys they’ve been super helpful and instructional on how to do things. This visit was anything but that. If you actually need help, I would recommend a different location, or at least a different sales person.
