Their nursing staff is very unprofessional. I was waiting for my surgery with no food or drink since 12 the night before... Because that's what you have to do before surgery... It took them four hours to get me into surgery and during that time the nursing staff was eating food in front of seven people who are dehydrated and hungry. My surgeon did a good job, but the only one of the nursing staff who seemed to actually care about any of the patients was Doug. Thank you Doug. Other than that it was awful.

Two strong Females escorted me to the ER. I entered because of scary Cardiac Systems that had gotten worse. First thing, a Nurse directed a "Nursing Student" to install an IV. She stuck my left arm in three places, then went to my right arm with sticks and wound up under my right wrist, which is a painful area for a large IV Needle. TO A SENIOR CITIZEN (75) WHO IS PRESENTING WITH SERIOUS CARDIAC SYMPTOMS???????

I went to the ER with an infection in my leg (upper thigh area) that was causing me lots of pain. It was deep and hasn't fully came to surface. Dr. Glover was there and wouldn't look at it. He wanted to give me an antibiotic and send me home. He said "I'm sure it will be fine". I got mad and walked out. I then went to Neodesha hospital. The ER Dr. Raymond looked at it. He then drained, packed it, gave antibiotic. He actually cared which the Parsons er dr did not.

I went in because my neurologist told me to go in. This is my first trip to any ER in Kansas. I sat there for 3 hours in pain. I understand the people in the lobby that were there before me got pulled back before me. But when people that came after me were taken back I started asking questions. The ladies up front were great although they didn’t have a lot of information as to why I was still sitting there. I really hope this is the status quo for EMERGENCY care.
