NASTY disgusting facility in Athens Georgia. Reeked of urine. Cheating me out of $200.00 which You are required to pay upfront so you can't get your money refunded. I had 4 office visits. Never received treatment. I was always told my paperwork hasn't arrived. They received it because it was in my file. Rundown facility in Athens.

Dr. Holiday and her staff do a great job taking care of their patient's care and extra careful during this virus problem. My stars stay the same. Dr. Holladay got sick and she decided to retire. We don't know how sick but l feel it had to be back. She cares about her patients if she could have she would have made sure that all was taken care of with her patients, so that told me there's a lot more going on than everyone knows so please don't be so quick to judge her. Dr. Campbell chose to leave rather than trying to get another Doctor or whatever. Also she did make sure her patients had their October Meds. Ok, can't get your records. Just have your Doctor do a referral to pain clinic. I know for a fact your going to have to have that. A New Pain Clinic will most likely want to do a updated test on whatever you were going for. Oh, yeah anyone on Medicare/Medicaid when you better make sure they take both because l've been running into that problem. I'm not worried about my medical records as long as l have what they want. Referral paper from your Doctor. #1.

They closed the Athens office and said transferring to Winder office … but they actually closed all offices and now you can’t get your records from them. Absolutely no notification was sent that they were closing. I blame the Doctors not the nursing staff. They actually deserve less than a star because the patients are out in the cold!!

Today I was supposed to have my first new patient appointment. I got there early only to find that the office was shut down. There was a note on the door go to the winder office. It had been closed for 6 days and no one had called anyone! I drive to winder bc no one would answer the phone only to be told that they can't see me and I'll have to find a new Dr. The person in charge of calling ppl put down my number as a bad number but winder said it was in their file correctly. So that means they didn't even try to call. This is horrible practice and I would of went off worse if I didn't want to have a panic attack. I had to keep myself calm all the way home. Avoid and report to the state board. Something is very wrong with this business.
