Whoever does their new patient scheduling has ZERO personality and borders on the edge of rude. Classless and not a good first impression! As a health care provider myself, I'm put off completely. Not sure I'll keep my appt if this is the type of voice they stand behind. 🤔

If you work and have to take time off for appointments look elsewhere, I had an appointment booked for over a month for next Friday now they cancelled "the provider is out of town"

Dr. Mitchell and his nurse Pam are wonderful. I had no refills left for my migraine medications and I had called the office this afternoon and left a message with Pam regarding more refills and sending them to a new pharmacy. Within an hour I had received a text message from my pharmacy saying my refills were being processed. I know this quick of a turnaround cannot always be expected, however the quickly fulfilled request is a small testament to how wonderful the patient care is here. I am grateful and recommend everyone I know who suffers from migraines to them.

I think 2 weeks should be enough. Also if they find anything they will probably call you before your appt.
They do as im on disability and as how soon ypull be seen. Get your paperwork to them asap (new patient stuff) and shouldbt be too bad a wait. It is a busy practice but all ive met are nice and they want to get right to whatevers wrong and are quick with testing
