Eehh... For being a diamond member of the rewards program, it's disappointing to be told that it doesn't matter. That's why I've steered clear of choice hotels all together... It's literally the lowest quality of chained hotels... Their best hotels, still need a gun in hand to protect yourselves

It's a decent hotel, but it's hidden so a good spot if you don't want to be found lol rooms are OK they did the job it's getting old but totally acceptable to stay for a night or too the beds could be softer breakfast is good wallfes and other stuff all and all I recommend this spot not to.expensive just off the freeway

I was refused services because of my skin color. I was treated much less than human at this location. I am handling this legally, however it is urgent that people of color know this isn’t a safe establishment for them. After speaking with management and corporate, there was no desire on their part to end the racist treatment of others urgently, if at all. Stay next door!

It's convenient location(right off of I10) makes it desirable, the rooms are not in the best of conditions. I was given a room and the TV didn't work so I went to call the desk and the phone didn't work(come to find out the cord has been removed, or stolen?), so I walk done to the desk and she was very nice and asked if I had already unpacked or not because she was going to give me another room(very nice of her), which she did. Upon doing so she informed me that I was getting an upgraded room because that's what was available on the same floor.(another win), but then I get to the room and there was a bug stuck to the wall in the restroom and the seat on the commode was the wrong shape and size for the bowl! The shower head was so clogged with hard water that only about half the nozzles had water coming out of them. Also the little coffee pot that they had didn't work either! They do offer a nice little breakfast in the mornings too, so that could be a plus, if your not planning on going to an actual restaurant for food.
