I’ve been coming to this studio as a traveller for the week and wow this is the best hot yoga studio I’ve been too. The most welcoming and inclusive space. The instructors really care and are knowledgeable about the yogic practice. The studio itself is beautiful and has a nice flow. Would recommend to others!

Began for exercise, stayed for total wellbeing. This studio is welcoming and diverse. All kinds of people, all levels of ability. The energy of the group is where the magic exists. And aside from hot yoga, the hot Pilates does wonders for strength and toning.

Pretty disappointed. I have a lot of injuries and do the best I can. I tried 2 match the poses as best I could with needed adjustments. I was told that doesn’t work, that I should stand or lie still if I can’t do exactly what they are doing. I explained that doesn’t leave me with much of a practice. I was told that this wasn’t the place for me and I agreed. First time ever having this happen to me at any yoga place I go to. I Left feeling bad about myself rather than good about what I could do. The discrimination is sad to say the least. Response to owners response- You’re discriminatory and the behavior and practice is actually illegal. Nothing about what I did is or was distracting or unsafe. I have disabilities and you didn’t like the way it looked in your class. It’s a yoga class not a prestigious show. People should be able to practice yoga at their pace and not kicked out or pointed out for not being your standard of perfection. The essence of yoga is the complete opposite of the way you treated me. “The nature of yoga is to shine a light of awareness into the darkest corners of the body.” It seems you need to do some evaluate how you see and treat people. Yoga is patient and accepting you are neither of these.

Just to Share this was introduced to me by a coworker. The first hot yoga class I attended was 90mins, through it, I stopped 3 times. I purchased the half off the first month. Attended another class today with the sound bowls. Iana is amazing! Not only was it refreshing it was rejuvenating. If you come start with Iana then try it out with other teachers.

You can park in the parking lot on the side of the building (between Be Hot Yoga and Training ATL) or at the bottom of the parking lot, adjacent to the Beltline.
