My daughter visited them on 10th September and they can’t do proper job to be reimbursed by the Aetna insurance with wrong tax code and debited my daughter ( Emory student ) bank account without proper authorization inspite of an email telling them that Aetna has agreed to make the payment. Now they are telling us that refund will take few months and they won’t even tell us when they do receive payment from the insurance company.
