HORRIBLE PLACE IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT HELP! I’veb never seen a more unfriendly, unprofessional, rude doctor in all my 54 years of experience with doctors. He seemed to only care about one’s past rather than their current state. I went in to get actual help because that’s whatI though this place was for for, but they shunned me out because of my past issues. Talk about false advertising! Where’s the empathy? Where’s the professionalism? All I can say is I’m glad I was turned away because they seemed evil to me and I wouldn’t want to have to be sound that mess every day! Folks, just don’t even waste your time with these clowns, find you a good caring place to go to that actually want to see you do well.

I left a review a week ago here with one star and a scathing review on how the management has gone downhill and the doctor is a tyrant and by the way if you ever give that Dr. a piece of your mind after he psychologically abusing you for years he will throw you out but anyways I gave a review with one star egg and I come back a week later and look at it and all of my text is gone and it shows four stars that’s just wrong

I had to evacuate from New Orleans due to Hurricane Ida and guest dosed there. Superb and caring staff! Everyone went out to their way to help me and even spent extra time just to make sure I was ok with the stress and worry due to the hurricane. If you need to guest dose and you are near there, I highly recommend paying them a visit. If I lived there, this would definitely be the clinic I would go to and trust. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Its a first rate organization; I found freedom from a pain pill addiction there. If you show some guts, and follow the program presented, you will find the freedom you seek. It will work for you.

Yes. U have to have opiates in your system to get on methadone..
Methadone is a medication program that helps repair the damage on the brain caused by long term opiate misuse by filling\ blocking the natural opiate receptors in the brain. Therefore, allowing our bodies to rebuild our serotonin levels from the depleted state opiate addiction causes to a natural normal level over time. Therefore, methadone treatment is solely for opiod addiction and has no scientific evidence in recovery for other narcotics.
Hey Chris! If you have to be at work by 6AM, I'd call and speak to one of the counselors to see if they can work with your schedule.
NO
They take cash/credit cards and daily dosage (WITHOUT insurance) is between $11-$16 a day ($77-$105 a week) depending on your medication. Pretty affordable even if no insurance. A lot of insurance policies won't cover this kind of treatment, and the ones that do usually provide reimbursement later if anything. There are a number of state-run clinics in GA that offer reduced cost and sometimes free medication if you qualify, I would look into that.
I am unaware of any. But treatment is affordable at other treatment centers, i strongly suggest a different clinic, read the reviews of long timers here.
We are outpatient only. We treat people who range in age from 18-80. Most of our patients are in their 30s and 40s.
Yes. If you get clean drug screens and comply with the rules you can phase up. The higher the phase the more take homes you can get.
They will treat you the first day.
Typical opiate use last three days. Unless you are a long term user or heavy user they can stay in your system for five days.
We accept cash and credit/debit cards.
Contact Alliance Clinic. They do "Guest Dosing" WITH YOUR HOME CLINIC APPROVAL.
This is for Opiate dependence but if you suffer from opiate dependence and cocaine addiction yes
They accept medicaid. If you have private insurance you have to self-file, which basically involves getting a monthly receipt from the clinic and filling out a form from your provider. Depending on your insurance it's usually pretty simple and covers most, if not all, of your costs.
They don't treat alcohol use disorders with medication but they do provide professional screenings and I'm certain they can provide referrals. You may also want to look into DeKalb Addiction Center (DAC) on Winn Way or contact the DeKalb Community Service Board (or the CSB in your home county).
