I sent a message through their website on April 27th; no response. I called and left a message on May 2nd; no response. It's May 10th. Update: they responded "we did make multiple attempts to reach you and unfortunately were not able to" ... really? Because I didn't get an email or a voicemail.

I felt like I was overcharged for a different service. They don’t contact you ahead of time and inform you of your out of pocket cost. Most offices do. The front desk person could not explain to be or breakdown what was covered or not. The staff was not very warm. I waited an 1.5 hour to be seen. I could hear other patients being seen and not waiting as along. *update* I was overcharged and received a check in the mail a year later.

I don't know about cash, but I know that Dr. Gould does not deliver babies. She is only a GYN, but a very exceptional one! She spends time with you and connects with you on a personal level. I've never felt so comfortable with anyone. I would go to her for every ailment if I could!

Yes, they do. A family member recommended the clinic and I went for a few visits. One of my family members went there while being pregnant and deliver her baby with this practice physicians. It was a great experience. I will recommend it.
