Got there at 9:40 for my appointment at 10:00 waited well over an hour to be seen. Only thing the could tell me was that I could reschedule and wait another month to be seen which I had already been rescheduled twice so been waiting over two months to be seen. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this Dr office. Watched multiple people come in after me and be seen before me. Some ppl came in and went straight to the back it’s absurd!

Gonna make this short as much as I can appointment was at 3:30 pm was ask to be 15 min early came in at 3:10 pm was place in a room around 3:45( somewhat around that time) WAITED IN THAT ROOM TILL THE LIGHT TURNED OFF ITSELF SINCE ITS ONE OF THOSE CENSORE LIGHT PRETTY MUCH SELF EXPLANATORY DOCTOR MADE ME WAIT THAT LONG THAT EVEN THE LIGHT SAID YES IM DONE WAITING ended up just leaving DISAPPOINTED AND SAME TIME FELT DISRESPECTED!!!!!!!! If this is how you treat you patients I suggest to send them to a different doctor!!!!

Haven’t even made it to the office yet I’ve been put on hold waiting for some to make my appointment and it said I was second in line just for me to wait 30 minutes. For the women on the phone to have an attitude. I told her I had left a voicemail the day prior because they were closed and they called me back the following day but I was at work and unable to answer. They left me a voicemail saying to call back to make my appointment. The women on the phone said that never happened and to tell her what my voicemail was about as I do she says that’s not what she needs to know. As if she didn’t just ask what my voicemail was about. Then precedes to have an attitude while taking my information just to tell me they’re booked for the next 2 months and to call back I ask when I should call maybe in December she says no sweetie In an irritanted voice and says to call back in 2 weeks. Honestly won’t be calling back due to just my phone call and the many bad reviews.

I want to publicly express how terrible and unprofessional this office is. To start, the wait time is horrible. I called after lunch time and was “the first caller in the queue”, but I was on hold for 45 minutes before someone answered the phone. The young lady on the phone agreed to call me back at a specific time for a simple date that I needed but I did not receive a call back. I waited an extra hour for a call back before I called the office myself and another woman provided me the information I needed quickly. She confirmed that it took 2 minutes to find my information which made me question why the young lady didn’t do it for me earlier. Since I began my pregnancy, every appointment at the office has been different due to the staff misplacing my information or having inaccurate information on file. I was told to do blood work three different times for the same test. I was told during multiple visiting that my pregnancy was further along than what I was confirmed originally. This malpractice is extremely dangerous because this can either prolong your pregnancy longer than you need to be and it can kill your baby or have it to early! If it wasn’t for me tracking my own cycles, ovulation and when I conceived.. this could have cost me or my babies life! So after all this transpired I called back to get my remaining information so that I could transfer to a new office. The woman who answered explained that it would take 10-14 business days for my new doctor to receive my files (I’m in the medical field and this doesn’t make any sense), so then I asked for a quicker delivery if I picked up the documents myself in office and I was told it would take the same time (10-14 days). I am past frustrated with this office and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here.
