He explains the reason behind any test ordered. He is very kind and I am lucky to have found such a great doctor! The office manager and MA were very kind and knowledgeable as well. The whole team made me feel heard and cared for!

I am personally pleased with this practice, its staff and also Dr Arthur Schiff. After almost 2 years of misdiagnosis, overlooked symptoms and conditions. Dr. Schiff and his staff gave me so much peace of mind. His staff is Amazing! They always followed up for anything that was needed. I never felt rushed or inconvenienced for my time during my appointments. His team are as thorough as he is. This bodes well with me, given the awful experiences I've had with past physicians and specialists. Dr Schiff is very thorough. He's like a personal investigator being a neurologist. I only wish I had met him sooner and I would have been able to take care of the issues I had. He has excellent bedside manner very detailed and takes an honest approach to not just telling you but showing you what he finds as a result of his investigation of your neurological issues. Being a healthcare professional it was such a smooth experience being on the patient side of things. Dr. Schiff and his staff are AWESOME. I came to them after a serious accident. Dr. Schiff was able to reassure me the issues I was having would resolve and I would be fine. He takes his time and listens to what your concerns are. Cathy does a great job. She is amazing at keeping it under control.... Even when someone calls and rambles on about another hospital. Dr. Schiff nurse is so involved and takes time to understand the patient and the issues. I wasn't able to explain something clearly and she helped me work thought it. I am definitely going back to his team if I have any further issues.
