Disliked the atmosphere. the tables were dirty. Inside didn't seem very clean. So my daughter and I thought we can go outside and sit at one of the tables to eat. No. One of the female employees was outside with another female with her newborn and a male also sitting at the table smoking Weed. 1. Your life is your business /In Private 2. Your business becomes others when you decide to conduct yourself inappropriately In Public Won't be visiting there again

Line was long but expected, however, the one thing expected to be warm, was not warm. The manager tried to argue the temperature but did remake the food. The argument was a bit too long for the customer to receive his correct food.

GROSS OLD BEANS!! I’ve gone to this Taco Bell many times, trying to give it another chance, because one I love Taco Bell and two it’s so close to where I live. But time and time again I get bean burritos with hard beans! Literally the beans are crunchier then the tacos, and the beans I ordered today actually smell like they’ve been sitting out for weeks. If you want anything but beans here I say go for it, but if you don’t want the grossest beans you’ve ever smelled go to another Taco Bell.

I visited on 09/16/21 around 4:30pm. By far one of the worst Taco Bells to visit in Phoenix metropolitan. Extremely poorly managed, the entire staff needs an overhaul. Safety isn't a concern seeing that only half the kitchen staff wore masks. I simply ordered 3 spicy Potato tacos Fresco style. For whatever reason they couldn't seem to get it right. The first time they gave me regular potato tacos so I went back to have them re-done. The second time they gave me Fresco burritos(not the same item at all). I returned for the third time and had to explain to them what a spicy potato taco (fresco style) is. At this time the manager came to the window (not wearing a mask or any gloves) to confirm my order. When they finally got it right they decided to be funny by putting barely any food in the Taco. That's fine but what's funnier is that I'll also be reaching out to corporate with my order complaints as well as the health and safety concerns in regard to this establishment. All food items were trashed.
