I visited with CHI Monday 8/1/22 was told it should not be a long wait, however is was. My body was aching and throat sore. They automatically did a Covid test. My throat was hurting however they had me wait, later to send the nurse back in to do swab of my throat that should have been done earlier. I waiting longer until I could not take anymore, and I to see the doctor who finally came in and was busy reading what my shirt and jacket said. I suggested for a friend to go here and when saw the doctor the first thing he said is "you have Covid" before even giving him a test. He said he had seen it enough and could look at someone and tell. Looked at his throat said it looks raw. prescribed him throat rinse. Told him again he has covid, he is still not sure.

I will not be wasting my time with this establishment again. I came on a Monday evening and the sign on the door said that they were open until 8:00pm and it was currently a few minutes after 7:00pm. I was turned away at the door with office staff informing me that they have taken their last patient. I understand that all health professionals are busy with Covid infections but other professionals also have long days and must rely on the hours of operations posted online and on the doors of the establishment.

This office was called in advance and we were told they treat patients for elevated blood pressure like a primary physician. When we went to the office, they were told why we were there and the receptionist didn't say anything about the doctor's not being able to treat and prescribe medications for hypertension. Seen by PA Jones, b/p was taken and he advised he couldn't treat hypertension and recommended other offices that could. A co-pay was paid and we have now received a charge for what the insurance company didn't pay. We received no service from them that we asked for from the very beginning. The front desk needs to be advised regarding matters such as these and not con people out of their money when they know this is what the person is requesting. I do not recommend this office, unknown what else they might try to pull on a patient to increase their revenue.

I was seen by the Nurse Practitioner March 25 and I was impressed with the professionalism of the practitioner from start to finish. Everyone was courteous and friendly. I strongly recommend this location if you’re not able to go to your PCP

Love this place. Unfortunately, I fell sick several times in January and my regular doctor wasn't in the office. I went to the CHI walkin and was pleased each time and I recovered from the illnesses.

I think it might be roughly around a $130 but I applied for the financial help and I didn't have to pay nothing the first two times I went then they sent me a letter and said I was approved for the financial part and I'm not having to pay nothing
