This is the third time today that I’ve tried to go to learn to drive to do my drivers test and they are closed even though they’re supposed to be open no one’s answering the phone no one’s inside, but the open sign is on this is honestly a big inconvenience!

Hi Adel, The best way to find out what you need to do to obtain a U.S drivers license is to go to the nearest Motor Vehicle office. They will let you know what steps you need to take to obtain a drivers license in the United States.
Depends on age but over 21 it's just DL for DL or it's just a skills test but make sure you study the book cause the things they get you on have nothing to do with drive like look in your mirror every time you pass a cross street to see if someone turned in behind you
